Most typical car waxes can damage vinyl wraps because of the chemicals they contain. Petroleum-based products or strong solvents in many waxes are particularly harmful. In addition, the excessive rubbing required with most wax applications may also wear through the wrap.
Our premium quality Vinyl wraps protect your vehicle from harsh UV rays and other pollutants. However, it makes sense to garage your vehicle when possible. Reducing the wrap’s exposure to damaging environmental factors is always worth it. Refer to our ‘After Care for further instructions.
Do not wash your vehicle or leave it exposed to heavy rain within the first 5 days after installation. Let the paint surface and vinyl film completely dry. Do not use shampoo or even hand wash the vehicle during this period. Please clean off any dirt, bird droppings, and dead bugs promptly. These types of organic substances may damage the vinyl wrap. Refer to our ‘After Care’ for further instructions.
Ceramic Coating can last longer if taken care of properly. Wash the car regularly, do not let bird droppings or tree pollen sit on your car for a long period, use pH-neutral car shampoo and avoid abrasive towels but use microfiber towels to clean your car instead. Refer to our ‘After Care’ for further instructions.
Usually, Ceramic Coating hardens after about 24 hours, but it continues to cure and fully bonds to the car’s paint after about 1 week. It is important to note that the Ceramic Coating will not cure at the same speed because of things like weather, temperature, humidity, etc.
It is unnecessary to wax coat a vehicle after ceramic coating. It would be a needless expenditure.
If the car is being properly maintained, then Ceramic Coating can last anywhere from 2 years upwards on average. If you are not properly maintaining the exterior of your vehicle, then deterioration of the ceramic coating might happen faster.

To extend the PPF durability, avoid using car care products that contain Petroleum or Solvents. It is highly recommended to use PH-neutral products during car wash.
PPF is better in protecting against UV rays and road debris and chips when compared with Ceramic Coating. Ceramic Coating, on the other hand, is applied to the vehicle’s exterior to provide a glossy finish and protect the paint.
