Recently picked up a new car and needed to get the car tinted in the front and windshield. Called GTA Customs Friday Night was able to get an appointment first thing Monday Morning! The team there was friendly and most importantly efficient! I was in and out of there in under 1.5 hours. On top of that they noticed a couple of surface scratches and buffed them out for me complimentary. Talk about a memorable experience! If you are looking for tints or any kind of wrapping look no further. Highly recommend!

1st Amazing Owner Puneet! 2nd because of Amazing owner, amazing customer service. So I’ve waited a couple of weeks to write this review because I had 2 cars done and I wanted to make sure I was really satisfied. Now the backstory… While my cars were still being built and hadn’t even gotten out of factory, I knew I wanted tint, PPF, Windscreen PPF and maybe even a design (stripe) done on one of the cars. But didn’t want to pay dealership markup, but wanted to be sure I had after service. When I first met Puneet (Owner), he was great from the very beginning. Gave me pricing & gave me tour of his facility etc. I wasn’t sure I was still going to use him because he was about 2hrs from where I lived. A couple months went by and my cars finally arrived, and needless to say, I did end up going to GTA Customs. I finally got the Porsche Cayman fully done (Tint, Full Body PPF, Windscreen PPF and Custom Stripe). It looked great, but after I got home and had a closer look I saw some imperfections in key areas. And if u care about ur cars, when u know something isn’t up to par, it slowly nags and eats away at u. I knew they had spent a lot of time on the car to make it look right, so I didn’t really want to make this an issue, because I knew it wouldn’t be a simple fix. I brought up these issue with Puneet and the first thing he said was, “Sorry Dave - I’ll make it right, when can u bring the car back in?” That was major brownie points, no excuses or reasons etc. The reason I’m taking the time to write this extra long review is because instead of trying to do a patch job, Puneet had his team remove and redo 80% of the car again. And the bottom line, it was Done Perfectly! I have this huge smile every time I see the car. And because of the great customer experience I had with the Cayman, I decided to do full front and roof PPF on my Macan as well. 100% well done job for both! Thanks to Puneet and his team, I highly recommend them for anything car protection/wrap etc!

These guys do good work and are trustworthy. Had my car detailed and it looked great afterward. They are very clear on expectations and communicate well. The reason this is not a 5 star review is because there was some damage done to my side mirror. However, they took ownership of the issue immediately and replaced the mirror. Turn around time was a little long but they had to get the part shipped so it was it is. I find the judge of a good shop is not how they conduct the work of if they make errors, but how they handle mistakes when made. These guys really came through and have a customer for life. I highly recommend. Customer service is a lost art in today’s world, but these guys are still masters of it.
